Terms of Service
1. About the service
TH Creator Manager is a social-media management service that lets authorized users connect supported social-media accounts, prepare and schedule content, upload media, publish content through supported platform APIs, and review publishing status and available performance data.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using TH Creator Manager, you agree to these Terms of Service and to comply with the terms, policies, developer rules, and community guidelines of any third-party platform that you connect, including TikTok.
3. Your accounts and authorization
- You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You authorize TH Creator Manager to use the permissions you approve during the platform OAuth flow solely to provide the requested service functions.
- You are responsible for keeping your own platform account secure and for reviewing permissions before authorization.
4. Content and publishing
You retain responsibility for content you upload, schedule, or publish. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use the media, music, text, trademarks, and other material in your posts. You must not use TH Creator Manager to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.
5. TikTok integration
When you connect TikTok, TH Creator Manager may use TikTok APIs to authenticate your account, obtain authorized account information, upload or publish videos, query publishing status, and retrieve video information or performance metrics when the required permissions are available. TikTok may independently restrict visibility, publishing, analytics, or other features based on account settings, app-review status, API limits, or TikTok policies.
6. Scheduling and availability
Scheduled or immediate publishing can be delayed or fail because of third-party availability, API limits, network conditions, media processing, account settings, moderation, or platform policy. TH Creator Manager does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept or publish any specific post at a specific time.
7. Disconnecting a platform
You may disconnect a supported account from TH Creator Manager. For TikTok, the service is designed to revoke the TikTok authorization token when the account is disconnected where the TikTok API allows this. Disconnecting stops future API access through that grant.
8. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited or terminated if use of the service creates security risk, violates these terms, violates applicable law, abuses third-party APIs, or violates a connected platform's policies.
9. Third-party services
TH Creator Manager depends on third-party services and APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. TH Creator Manager is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or enforcement decisions made by a third-party platform.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service or platform requirements change. The current version will be posted at this URL with the updated date.
