Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how TH Creator Manager handles information when a user accesses the service or connects a supported social-media account, including TikTok.
2. Information we process
- Account and profile information supplied by a connected platform, such as platform user ID, display name, and avatar.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain an authorized connection.
- Content you provide, such as videos, captions, media, scheduling information, privacy settings, cover-frame selections, and content-disclosure settings.
- Publishing information, such as publish IDs, video IDs, processing status, errors, and timestamps.
- Performance information made available by a platform, such as video views, likes, comments, and shares, when the relevant permission is granted.
- Technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as session data, application logs, request timing, and error records.
3. TikTok data
For TikTok, TH Creator Manager currently uses authorized TikTok permissions to support account connection, basic account identification, video upload or publishing, publishing-status checks, and video listing or video-level analytics when available. The service does not publish without a user-authorized connection and a user-initiated or user-scheduled action.
4. How information is used
- To connect and identify the social-media account you authorize.
- To prepare, schedule, upload, publish, and track content requested by you.
- To show publishing status and available performance information.
- To maintain account connections, diagnose failures, protect the service, and prevent abuse.
- To comply with applicable platform requirements and legal obligations.
5. Sharing of information
Information is sent to the connected platform when necessary to perform the action you request, such as authenticating an account or publishing a video. TH Creator Manager does not sell TikTok account data. Information may also be processed by infrastructure providers strictly as needed to host and operate the service.
6. Storage and security
TH Creator Manager uses HTTPS for the public service and stores platform OAuth credentials using encrypted application fields. Access is limited through application authorization controls. The service is designed to avoid placing OAuth secrets in normal application logs.
7. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to operate connected-account, publishing, scheduling, analytics, security, and support functions, or as required by law. Retention can vary by data type. Disconnecting a platform stops future access through the disconnected authorization grant.
8. Your choices and deletion
- You can disconnect your TikTok account from TH Creator Manager to stop future access through that connection.
- You can revoke the app from your TikTok account settings.
- You may request deletion of stored account-related data through the operator or administrator of TH Creator Manager.
Where deletion is requested, information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance may be retained only for the required period.
9. Third-party platforms
TikTok and other connected platforms process information under their own privacy policies. TH Creator Manager does not control how those platforms independently process data after it is transmitted to them.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when service functionality, legal requirements, or platform API requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL.
